At Esntls Blanks, we do not accept returns, refunds are provided within 30 days of notice and the customer must contact us regarding the reasoning of refund. The customer must first send back the item they are wanting to refund back to us without any wear and tear. We do offer exchanges/refunds under the following conditions: You must contact us first via Instagram to request an exchange. The exchange must be approved by us on Instagram before sending the item back. The item must be unworn outside and not used for any occasion. Trying the item on once indoors is allowed. The item must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear or damage. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will begin the exchange process. Please allow at least 10 days for the exchange process to be completed. Exchanges are only initiated after contact and agreement through Instagram.
