General
At Esntls Blanks, we do not accept returns, refunds are provided within 30 days of notice and the customer must contact us regarding the reasoning of refund. The customer must first send back the item they are wanting to refund back to us without any wear and tear.
We do offer exchanges/refunds under the following conditions:
• You must contact us first via Instagram to request an exchange.
• The exchange must be approved by us on Instagram before sending the item back.
• The item must be unworn outside and not used for any occasion.
• Trying the item on once indoors is allowed.
• The item must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear or damage.
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will begin the exchange process.
Please allow at least 10 days for the exchange process to be completed.
Exchanges are only initiated after contact and agreement through Instagram.
Delivery Information
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
We offer:
• 8–10 working days delivery
• Next Day Delivery (available on selected items)
Some products qualify for free Next Day Delivery, while others are shipped via our 8–10 working days service. Please check the delivery option shown on the product page before purchasing.
Important Information
• Our cut-off time is 2:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• For example, if you order a Next Day Delivery item after 2:00 PM, it will arrive the day after tomorrow.
• Delivery times are based on working days only (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Delivery may be affected by factors such as Royal Mail strikes, operational delays, or your local area.
If you’re unsure which delivery option applies to your order, please feel free to message us and we’ll be happy to help.
Track your items on the tracking tab, through your email or just contact us on Instagram and we will send it you. For non next day delivery items or sourced items please allow a few days for it to reach royal mails system and be updated. a "still waiting for us to receive" message is to be expected and royal mail usually update the tracking in their system 2-1 days before arrival to your address.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via Instagram first so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
All problems must be reported to us directly through Instagram before returning any items.
In most cases, once we receive the item back and review the issue, a suitable resolution will be provided — typically a replacement.
We’re always happy to help and will work to resolve any concerns promptly.
